A Rainbow of Bathroom Renovation Inspiration

One day I will finally move out of this apartment of mine and one day I will be able to renovate my bathroom into the bathroom of my dreams. Bathrooms are some of my favorite rooms to daydream about. There are so many possibilities in colors, finishes and creative storage solutions! I don’t really have a specific plan in mind for when it comes time to renovate my future master bathroom so I wanted to showcase the array of colors and styles that are currently inspiring me. Breakfast Nook Inspo + Table Roundup

Me and Charlie are sooooooo close to getting into homebuyer mode. I desperately wish it were TODAY but we’re trying to buy smart and to be smart we must wait until the end of the year. My mind is always on home design but it’s amped up lately with the anticipation. In my most recent moment of getting swept up in design I realized I liked something I never had previously: breakfast nooks! and what’s a breakfast nook without another item that I was never huge on? round dining tables!

In my perfect scenario I would not rely on my nook area to be the only dining area. I’d love to have a formal dining room (unlike seemingly every millennial I see on HGTV) in addition to a nook. This way I manage to get the seating amount I seek while still getting to indulge in these cozy banquet seats:

Banquet seats are a super easy DIY project and they pair perfectly with a chic, statement round dining table. I have compiled some of my favorites below.

I see breakfast nooks as a place to not only eat breakfast but hang out, do homework and more. Something about them seems home-y and that’s all I’m striving for these days. The countdown is on. Tell me: yay or nay on breakfast nooks?
